100 Night Trial

If you wish to return any products, then please follow the process below for each product category:

1) Mattresses Trial Information:

a) Both Latex Mattress and Hybrid Mattress are covered by our 100-night risk-free trial. We ask you to try your Mattress for a minimum of 30 nights from receiving it. As it is important for your body to adjust to your new Mattress and this will ensure enough time for your Mattress to fully decompress.

b) Not Satisfied? You can submit your request for a return through our online return portal. For more information about our "Returns Portal" please contact our customer support team via email at info@peacelily.com.au. In the return request process, please attach full-length photos of the top, bottom, and sides of the Mattress. You will also need to describe the reasons for the return in the comment box. You must ensure that your Mattress is in good condition with no stains, tears, or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. You must follow the instructions from the Peace Lily team in order for us to check the condition of your Mattress. Once approved, your Mattress will be picked up for free by our partnered charity organisation or alternative carrier for donation in most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Otherwise, you should contact your local churches or crisis shelters as an alternative to see if they will accept your Mattress as a donation. This will be at your own expense, should the Charities/Organisations be unable to pick it up for free.

c) Refunds are paid after the Mattress is received in good condition and has been accepted for a charitable donation, at which point you will receive the full amount that you paid for the product. This is to ensure that our products have the longest lifespan possible and to promote the sustainable use of products.

d) Please note that our policy is we offer one Mattress return per household (the only exception being for purchases of two long single bought with a split king adjustable bed frame).

2) Mattress Toppers Trial Information:

a) Our Mattress Toppers are covered by our 100-night risk-free trial. We ask you to try your Mattress Topper for a minimum of 30 nights from receiving it. As it is important for your body to adjust to your new Mattress Topper and this will ensure enough time for your Mattress Topper to fully decompress.

b) Not Satisfied? You can submit your request for a return through our online return portal. For more information about our "Returns Portal" please contact our customer support team via email at info@peacelily.com.au. In the return request process, please attach full-length photos of the top and bottom of the Topper. You will also need to describe the reasons for the return in the comment box. You must ensure that your Mattress Topper is in good condition with no stains, tears, or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. You must follow the instructions from the Peace Lily team in order for us to check the condition of your Mattress Topper. Once approved, your Mattress Topper will be picked up for free by our partnered charity organisation or alternative carrier for donation in most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. 3) Pillow(s) Trial Information:

a) Our Pillows are covered by our 100-night risk-free trial. We ask you to hold onto the shipping box and to try your Pillow(s) for a minimum of 30 nights from receiving it. As it is important for your body to adjust to your new Pillow(s).

b) Not Satisfied? You can submit your request for a return through our online return portal. For more information about our "Returns Portal" please contact our customer support team via email at info@peacelily.com.au. In the return request process, please attach full-length photos of the top and bottom of the Pillow(s). You will also need to describe the reasons for the return in the comment box. You must ensure that your Pillow(s) is in good condition with no stains, tears, or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. You must follow the instructions from the Peace Lily team in order for us to check the condition of your Pillow(s). Once approved, we will provide you with a free, prepaid shipping label. Please place this label on your product.

c) Refunds are paid after the product is received in good condition, at which point you will receive the full amount that you paid for the product.

d) Please note that our policy is we offer 2 pillows return per household.

Exclusions:

The 100-night trial applies to purchases made from Peace Lily and authorised third party sources. If the product was purchased from an authorised third-party source, the returns process will be subject to each respective retailers' policy but must still meet the returns criteria set by Peace Lily.
