  1. Contact Us for an Invoice: Reach out to the Peace Lily Customer Team to request an invoice on official letterhead.
  2. Submit Payment: Once you have the invoice, submit the payment to your NDIS provider and send us the remittance advice to confirm.
  3. Payment Verification: Our accounts team will review and confirm the payment upon receiving the remittance advice.
  4. Order Processing and Delivery: After payment confirmation, we’ll process your order promptly to ensure timely delivery.

How can Peace Lily help with my NDIS application?

Our dedicated team can guide you through the NDIS application process, while your healthcare provider manages the necessary documents and clinical justifications for the sleep products you need. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible.
What products are NDIS-approved?

All Peace Lily products are fully approved for NDIS funding, ensuring you have access to high-quality sleep solutions that meet your needs, including:

How long does NDIS approval take?

The approval process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your healthcare provider. We'll be transparent if we anticipate any delays and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I try the product before I buy it?

Absolutely! You can make an appointment to visit our showroom in Melbourne and enjoy a customised showroom experience tailored to your needs.

However, we understand that Melbourne might be far for some customers, so we offer a 100-night trial on our mattresses, toppers, and pillows. This way, you can truly experience the comfort and quality of our products in your own home, ensuring complete peace of mind.
What happens if I want to return my product?

Peace Lily NDIS products, including mattresses, toppers, and pillows, are covered by the same 100-night trial. If you decide to return your NDIS item within this period, simply follow the standard return process.

Just email us to let us know. In most areas, but not all, your products will be picked up for free by our partnered charity organisation for donation. Otherwise, you should contact your local charity, church or crisis shelter as an alternative to see if they will accept your product(s) as a donation.

Once that’s done, we’ll contact your healthcare provider to finalise the refund.
