Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Peace Lily (ABN 68 627 409 509), operating in Australia and New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
b. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
c. Employees of Peace Lily, their immediate families and any associated agencies or partners are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on the date specified in the promotional material and closes on Sunday, 8 February 2026 at 11.59 pm AEDT.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:
a. Visit www.peacelily.com/kidscompetition
b. Complete and submit the online entry form with their required details.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details

There are two prizes, each consisting of a Kids Single Mattress Bundle valued at $1,400, which includes:

1 x Peace Lily kids natural, organic, non toxic latex mattress
1 x organic mattress protector
1 x plush latex pillow

One prize will be awarded to an Australian resident, and one prize will be awarded to a New Zealand resident.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

a. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
b. The draw will take place on Thursday, 12 February 2026.
c. Winners will be notified via email and phone using the details provided at entry.
d. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Delivery of Prize

Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nominated residential address within Australia or New Zealand. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

8. Privacy

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Peace Lily collecting, storing and using their personal information for:

administering the giveaway
contacting the winner
sending marketing communications (participants may opt out at any time)

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Peace Lily Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

a. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
b. If the giveaway is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway.
c. The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants or winners, except where required by law.
