If you've noticed a dip in your Peace Lily mattress, please follow the steps below and send us the requested photos.
Before taking photos
- Remove all bedding, pillows, mattress protectors, and covers.
- If possible, place the mattress on a flat surface, preferably the floor (for measuring only).
How to measure the indentation
1. Place a straight stick across the mattress
Place a straight stick, yardstick, or broom handle across the width of the mattress where the body impression is.
- If using a broomstick, please remove the broom head first.
- The stick should be longer than the width of the indented area.
- Take a full-view photo of the stick placed across the mattress, and a close-up for measurement readings.

2. Measure the depth of the sag
Using a ruler, measure the depth of the sag from the deepest point of the mattress to the bottom of the stick, without pressing the ruler into the fabric.
- Please leave the stick in place and take a clear photo showing the measurement.
- Make sure the cover fabric is smoothed out and lying flat before measuring, as any bunching or wrinkles can affect the result.

Please make sure the ruler is measuring the dip without pressing the ruler down into the fabric:

3. Photograph your bed base
We'll also need a photo of the bed base on its own, with no mattress or other objects on top, along with the measurement of the gap between the slats.

A little more information
- Have you been using the mattress on the same bed frame since opening it?
- How often do you rotate the mattress?
- Was the mattress opened immediately upon delivery, or how long did it remain in the box?
Please send your photos and answers to info@peacelily.com.au. Once we receive your photos and responses, our Quality Control team will begin their review and may follow up if any additional images are required. Please note that we are unable to proceed without the requested photos, and we kindly ask that they are submitted following the guidelines above to avoid any delays.
