If you've noticed a dip in your Peace Lily Mattress Topper, please follow the steps below and send us the requested photos.
How to measure the indentation
1. Prepare the topper
Remove all bedding, pillows, and covers from the topper and place it on a flat, hard surface — the floor works best, rather than on top of your existing mattress.
Before measuring, make sure the cover fabric is fully smoothed out and lying flat. The organic cotton cover has a slight natural looseness, so gently stretch it flat for an accurate reading — any bunching or wrinkles can affect the result.
2. Place a straight stick across the topper
Lay a broomstick, yardstick, or any long straight object across the width of the topper over the indented area. If using a broomstick, please remove the broom head first. Take a full-view photo of the stick placed across the topper.

3. Measure the depth
Using a ruler, measure the depth of the indentation from the deepest point up to the bottom edge of the stick — be careful not to press the ruler into the fabric. Leave the stick in place and take a clear close-up photo showing the measurement.

Photo of your mattress
We'll also need a full photo of the mattress on its own, with the topper and all bedding removed. Please refer to the sample photo below as a guide.

- Using a ruler, measure the depth of the sag from the deepest point up to the bottom edge of the stick — be careful not to press the ruler into the fabric. Leave the stick in place and take a clear photo showing the measurement.
A few additional questions
- Has the topper been used on the same mattress since it was first opened?
- How often do you rotate or flip the topper?
- Was the topper opened immediately upon delivery, or did it stay in the box for a period of time?
Please send your photos and answers to info@peacelily.com.au. Once we receive your photos and responses, our Quality Control team will begin their review and may follow up if any additional images are needed. Please keep in mind that we're unable to proceed with the claim without the requested photos, and that they'll need to follow the guidelines above to avoid any delays.
